Presentation ERA

On 1 - 2 March 2018 the annual ERA Conference on EU law in the pharmaceutical sector took place. John Lisman presented about legal and practical aspects of off-label use. In his presentation John suggested that via Drug Rediscovery undesirable off-label use could be prevented. An important aspect is that patients using off-label medication are entitled to the same guarantees as users in on-label treatment.
